About Jacob
A full-time, full-service real estate agent and the founder of Escape To the Mountains with RE/MAX Town & Country, specializing in short-term rentals, vacation properties, investment assets, commercial and luxury real estate throughout the North Georgia Mountains. I’ve been fortunate to help clients buy and sell everything from mountain cabins to luxury estates and income-producing commercial assets as well as multi-home developments.
As an Afghanistan War Veteran and a current member of the Georgia Army National Guard, my passion for serving others is rooted in more than a decade of military service. During my career, I’ve been trusted with high-responsibility roles; from supporting forward-deployed Special Operations Forces to planning and executing large-scale humanitarian aid operations and coordinating multimillion-dollar logistics efforts with NATO allies and partner nations. That background shapes how I approach real estate: with discipline, preparation, and complete accountability to my clients.
I built my foundation as a top-producing agent with RE/MAX Town & Country and later served as the highest-producing individual team member within one of the region’s most recognized teams. Today, I bring that experience forward into my own team with the same goal I’ve always had, working hard for my buyers and sellers while maintaining a low-pressure, transparent approach that leads to clients for life.
Being raised here in North Georgia and spending my free time fly fishing, kayaking, mountain biking, and hiking has given me a deep appreciation for these mountains and the people who call them home. That local knowledge, combined with professional expertise in short-term rentals, new construction, land, and commercial real estate, allows me to guide clients toward the right fit for both lifestyle and long-term goals.
